We have developed an Accessible Customer Service and Integrated Accessibility Standards Policy and a multi-year accessibility plan to:

Ensure compliance with current and future AODA requirements.
Provide a framework that strengthens accessibility efforts across the organization.
These policies and plans will be reviewed and updated regularly to maintain compliance and deliver high-quality, accessible services.
